The location was particularly good, very close to Vandalia, Holiday Inn Express, common areas, restaurants. The beds were exceptionally comfortable, and the room had a contemporary feel. The team provided amazing service.

We recently stayed at Holiday Inn Express in Vandalia for a family trip. Our Queen Suite was perfect for our group of 4 adults and 2 kids, with plenty of space and amenities like a mini fridge, Keurig, and microwave. The two televisions were a hit with the kids, and the workout room was just the right size. The staff was friendly and accommodating, especially a pregnant lady at the front desk who went above and beyond to assist us. We were so impressed that we booked another stay on our return trip.

We couldn't have asked for better value for our money. The room was incredibly comfortable and clean, and the entire hotel had a bright and inviting atmosphere. The staff treated us with exceptional kindness and even upgraded us to a suite when our room wasn't ready. Plus, the location was convenient and well-maintained.

The only improvement I could suggest for the breakfast menu would be the addition of a regular coffee maker as an alternative to the Keurig machine. As coffee lovers, having a pot of coffee would have been preferable to just a cup at a time.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The linens were like heaven-I immediately came home and looked on the website to purchase the bedding! I was pleasantly surprised by how clean the hotel facilities were and the staff was always very pleasant. The fridge in the room was a convenient addition and I enjoyed the multiple breakfast options provided. The bright lighting and decor throughout the hotel added to the overall pleasant ambiance. The location of the hotel was perfect for my travel needs as it was a good place to stay for one night and served as a stopping point along my route from Indiana to this city.
